IRCON International Limited has approved the appointment of a key management personnel (KMP), reinforcing its executive leadership structure and governance framework. The decision was taken in line with regulatory requirements and corporate governance norms, with the board approving the appointment to strengthen oversight and operational efficiency within the organisation.
The Ministry of Railways has approved the appointment of Rajesh Naik as Director (Projects) of IRCON International Limited on Thursday. Presently, he is serving as General Group Manager in the same organisation. According to a Ministry of Railways order issued on February 12.
Naik’s appointment will be effective from the date of assumption of charge and will continue until his superannuation on May 31, 2030, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Key management personnel play a crucial role in strategic decision-making, compliance, financial management, and operational execution. The latest appointment reflects IRCON’s commitment to maintaining strong leadership and ensuring continuity in its infrastructure and engineering operations.
