Kimia Biosciences Limited's board approved Q3FY26 unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The board re-appointed Mr. Sameer Goel as Managing Director for five years from March 29, 2026, to March 28, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the board approved postal ballot notice for regularisation of Mr. Kaku Vijaya Shekhar Reddy as Whole Time Director and reconstituted board committees following leadership changes.
