Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai, launching in 2030, will feature 121 rooms, 97 branded residences, wellness spa, world-class golf facilities, and extensive dining and event spaces.
Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is set to introduce its first-ever dedicated golf resort with branded residences in Dubai, marking a significant milestone for the luxury hospitality brand. The new property, Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai, is slated to open in 2030 and promises to be a sanctuary where space, wellbeing, and nature harmoniously converge.
A Luxurious Sanctuary in the Heart of Jumeirah Golf Estates
The resort will offer an impressive 121 spacious rooms and suites alongside 97 branded residences and 97 villas ranging from three to six bedrooms. Nestled within the iconic Jumeirah Golf Estates — a world-class golfing destination — the resort will provide unparalleled access to top-tier golf facilities, including a Golf Clubhouse and a dedicated Equestrian Centre and Clubhouse.
Guests and residents alike will be immersed in a comprehensive wellness-led experience, anchored by The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, which will provide a diverse range of wellness, beauty, and massage treatments in a serene natural setting. The resort will dedicate over 5,000 square meters to holistic wellbeing, featuring pools, an outdoor meditation area, a barber, and a salon.
Exceptional Amenities for an Elevated Lifestyle
In addition to the wellness offerings, the resort will cater to families and communities with a fully serviced indoor and outdoor Kids’ Club and nursery. Dining experiences will be equally exceptional, with six dining venues, including two restaurants at the Golf Club and a Halfway Hut on the course, alongside Mandarin Oriental’s signature elevated gastronomy concepts.
The resort’s extensive meeting and event spaces will include a grand ballroom and two outdoor venues, positioning the property as a premier destination for both leisure and business gatherings.
