Play Playground at Luxor Unveils Exciting Summer Ticket Options for Teens, Families, and VIP Guests

As summer approaches, Las Vegas’ Play Playground is ready to deliver even more excitement with a refreshed lineup of ticket packages tailored to fit a wide range of visitors — from families with teens to VIP and VVIP guests seeking an unforgettable social experience. Located within the Luxor Hotel and Casino, this vast and engaging venue presents a daring twist on traditional Strip entertainment by combining active games, collaborative challenges, and captivating puzzles that encourage guests to step away from their phones and dive into real-world fun.

Spanning over 15,000 square feet, Play Playground has built a reputation as a go-to destination for date nights, friend groups, corporate outings, and now for families with teenagers aged 13 and older who want to share in some active, friendly competition. Unlike many entertainment venues that rely heavily on digital screens, this attraction embraces an analog philosophy — featuring no virtual reality, no video arcade games, no headsets, and no apps. Instead, guests engage directly with hands-on games that pit players against each other in fast-paced challenges, with live scoring and leaderboards adding a competitive edge that keeps energy levels high throughout the experience.

Visitors can expect to encounter a variety of fan-favorite games designed to test agility, precision, and quick thinking. For example, Record Time is a thrilling game that requires players to duck, dodge, and weave through rotating vinyl records while balancing on a narrow beam, putting both physical coordination and balance to the test. Bullseye combines trampoline jumping with a Velcro suit, as participants leap toward targets on a wall, merging fitness with fun. Another crowd-pleaser is Ringer Run, where players carefully slide glowing rings along neon-lit, rainbow-shaped tracks, needing steady hands and concentration to avoid touching the sides. Meanwhile, Move It invites players to respond to a series of escalating physical commands such as twisting, pushing, sliding, and kicking, all amid cheers from the crowd that amplify the lively atmosphere.

To complement the playful vibe and provide better accessibility, Play Playground has introduced a new variety of ticket options designed to suit different budgets and visitor types:

  • PLAY PASS priced at \$37 on weekdays and \$45 on weekends grants 195 game credits, roughly equal to 90 minutes of gameplay, with access to more than 20 interactive experiences.
  • VIP PLAY PASS at \$69 per day offers unlimited gameplay for three hours across all experiences, plus a complimentary cocktail or mocktail, expedited entry to the venue, and a keepsake lanyard with card.
  • VVIP PLAY PASS costs \$99 daily and includes everything in the VIP pass, with the addition of three drink tickets valued at up to \$54, a souvenir cup, a gift pack, expedited entry, and a keepsake lanyard.
  • FAMILY PLAY PASS, available every day for \$129, covers admission for four guests — including two under 18 — with 195 game credits and access to all games. Additional guests can be added for \$25 each, making it an affordable way for families with teens to enjoy an active, social experience together.

Beyond the new ticket lineup, the venue has also launched an exciting revamped food menu to keep energy levels high. Classic bar favorites such as wings, jalapeño poppers, and tacos are served in nostalgic lunchboxes that tie into the playful spirit of the space. The drink menu is equally inventive, featuring an array of cocktails and mocktails served in Play Playground-branded cups, many of which guests can take home as souvenirs. After 7 p.m., the venue transforms to a 21+ environment, catering to adult visitors who want to enjoy signature drinks and a vibrant social scene.

“We designed Play Playground to be a destination where people can unplug and genuinely connect—whether they’re visiting Las Vegas with friends, family or teens in tow,” said Jennifer Worthington, CEO and co-founder, Play Social Inc. “With our expanded age access and new ticket options, we’re making it easier than ever for guests to jump into the fun, discover their competitive side and experience a different kind of energy on the Strip.”

Play Playground’s location inside the Luxor Resort and Casino — on the Atrium Level at 3900 S Las Vegas Blvd — makes it a convenient and exciting stop for visitors exploring the Strip. The venue operates Sunday through Thursday from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 12 p.m. to midnight. Guests aged 13 and older are welcome until 7 p.m., with last entry at 6 p.m. After 7 p.m., only guests 21 and over with valid identification can enter, ensuring a tailored experience for different times of the day.

By introducing family-friendly passes alongside VIP options and expanding its culinary offerings, Play Playground continues to reinvent itself as a dynamic hub of interactive entertainment on the Las Vegas Strip. Whether you’re looking for a unique date night, an energetic outing with friends, or a memorable way to bond with teens away from screens, Play Playground offers a refreshing and lively destination to create unforgettable summer memories.
