Radisson Blu Dwarka has appointed Prateek Bhatnagar as the new Head of Food & Beverage. With an illustrious career spanning over 20 years, Prateek brings a wealth of expertise in the art of culinary and hospitality management.

Prateek’s journey began with the iconic Taj Group of Hotels and evolved as he took the helm of food and beverage operations for celebrated brands, including The Imperial, Kempinski, Jaypee, Marriott, and Amaya Resorts Maldives. His global perspective and transformative leadership style have consistently raised the bar in guest dining experiences, aligning seamlessly with Radisson Blu Dwarka’s commitment to hospitality excellence.

Most recently, Prateek served as the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goa. A visionary leader, he is adept at streamlining operations, fostering proactive planning, and introducing innovative concepts to elevate efficiency and service quality.

At Radisson Blu Dwarka, Prateek will oversee all food & beverage operations, from signature restaurants and bars to in-room dining, banquets, and meeting spaces. He will lead with a forward-thinking approach, further enhancing guest experiences through cutting-edge trends and immersive communication strategies.
