Proven Track Record in Large-Scale Hospitality Operations
Sanjay Pandita’s most recent role was as Director of Operations at Aurika Mumbai International Airport, India’s largest inventory hotel with 669 rooms. There, he managed complex operational functions, including multi-outlet F&B, event spaces, and guest services. His prior role as General Manager during the launch of Aurika, Coorg, further demonstrated his ability to lead pre-openings and steer high-performing hospitality projects.
