Arya’s proven record in driving financial performance, efficiency, and compliance positions him to play a key role in the resort’s continued growth.

Proven Track Record of Driving Performance and Efficiency

Before joining The Westin Himalayas, Arya served as Assistant Director of Finance at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, where he successfully led the finance team and implemented strategies that strengthened financial governance and profitability. His earlier tenures with Marriott International and IHG Hotels & Resorts in cluster and property roles enhanced his expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and operational controls — all vital to ensuring long-term sustainability and efficiency.
