UKG, a leading provider of workforce management and human capital management (HCM) technology, has appointed Paul Broughton as Managing Director for Asia Pacific, strengthening the company’s strategic leadership and commitment to regional growth.

In this new role, Broughton will oversee UKG’s operations across Australia and New Zealand, Southeast Asia, India, Japan and other key markets in the Asia Pacific region. His responsibilities include expanding the company’s customer base, deepening relationships with existing clients, and guiding localized go‑to‑market strategies to address diverse workforce challenges faced by organisations across the region.
