NASHIK — Courtyard by Marriott Nashik has appointed Amreen Mahapule as Head of Department for Front Office Operations. She brings a multi-market career spanning India and the United Arab Emirates across Accor, Rotana, Starwood Hotels and Marriott International.

In her new role, Mahapule steers front office strategy and daily operations at Courtyard by Marriott Nashik, a 119-room property at Mumbai Naka in Maharashtra's wine country. Her responsibilities cover guest service workflows, team management, financial auditing, compliance with global brand standards and front office SOP implementation across the property.
A Career Built Across India and the UAE in Front Office Operations
Mahapule's front office career began in Mahabaleshwar, where she joined the pre-opening team at a Starwood Hotels and Resorts property as a Front Desk Assistant. Pre-opening work at that stage of a career builds an understanding of how hotel systems are set up before operations begin a foundation that has been relevant throughout her career.
She then moved into the Marriott network, working as a Front Office Executive and later as an Assistant Front Desk Manager in Maharashtra, adding direct Marriott brand experience to her profile before this latest appointment.
Her career took her to the UAE with Rotana Hotel Management Corporation, where she progressed from Front Desk Agent and Acting Front Desk Team Leader during a pre-opening phase to Assistant Guest Services Manager. That progression within a single Rotana property reflects the kind of consistent performance that earns internal advancement.
After returning to India, she served as Duty Manager at Rosetta Hospitality in Goa, managing guest experiences across vacation and business segments. She then joined Accor in Bengaluru as a Duty Manager, leading shift operations and guest relations in a different brand environment before making this move to Nashik.
Amreen Mahapule is an alumna of Kisan Veer Mahavidyalaya in WAI, Maharashtra.
