According to the company, his role includes supervision of housekeeping, maintenance operations and operational planning aligned with business objectives.

Mishra oversees key operational functions including housekeeping management, facility maintenance coordination and guest service standards. His responsibilities include ensuring compliance with operational procedures and maintaining service quality across departments.

He is also involved in managing staffing, monitoring operational performance and implementing processes to support efficient resort functioning.

Pre-Opening and Leadership Experience

Prior to his current role, Mishra served as Operations Manager (Preopening) at Zone Connect by The Park Udaipur from October 2023 to January 2025, where he was involved in operational setup and team coordination. He also held the role of General Manager (Preopening) at The Divine Hills Resort Udaipur between September 2022 and October 2023.

His experience includes leading pre-opening activities such as recruitment, operational planning and implementation of service standards across hospitality projects.

Career Background and Industry Experience

Mishra has over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, primarily in housekeeping and hotel operations. He has held roles including Executive Housekeeper at Golden Tulip Suites Gurgaon and Golden Tulip Essential Jaipur, as well as Deputy Housekeeper at Ramada Resorts Kumbhalgarh.

His career also includes operational roles at Ajit Bhawan Palace Jodhpur, Golden Tulip Udaipur and Ramada Central Gurgaon, along with early experience as a Guest Service Associate at Taj Exotica Goa.

Education and Professional Background

Mishra holds an MBA in Hospitality Management from Punjab Technical University and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Tourism. He has also completed an executive leadership programme at the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur in 2023.
