PUSHKAR — The Westin Pushkar Resort and Spa has appointed Kumar Arya as Director of Sales and Marketing. Arya returns to the property in a senior leadership capacity, bringing over 17 years of luxury hospitality sales experience across Marriott International, Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, and Hilton.

In his new role, Arya leads the commercial strategy at The Westin Pushkar Resort and Spa. His focus covers the leisure, weddings, MICE and corporate segments. He is also responsible for brand positioning, revenue growth and guest engagement initiatives at the property.
A Return to Westin Pushkar After Roles Across India and Sri Lanka
Arya joins from The Westin Goa, where he served as Director of Sales. Before that, his career covered Weligama Bay Marriott Resort and Spa in Sri Lanka, Le Méridien Jaipur Resort and Spa and Fairmont Jaipur. Each posting added a different market, brand culture and guest segment to his commercial knowledge.
Working across beach resorts, heritage city hotels and luxury destination properties over 17 years gives Arya a wide frame of reference for how luxury sales strategy needs to shift depending on the property type. At Westin Pushkar, that range is directly useful across a guest mix that spans leisure travellers, wedding groups and corporate retreats.
