The promotion follows his joining as Hotel Manager in July 2024 after serving as General Manager with Accor's Art Series brand.

Since joining the property, he led the delivery and launch of 45 new guest rooms, expanding the hotel's inventory significantly and broadening its appeal to both corporate and leisure segments. He also drove the property's repositioning to a 4.5-star standard within the Melbourne market.
Fifteen Years Across Accor, TFE Hotels, Stamford and Millennium Copthorne
Dangwal's career spans over 15 years across major hotel groups in Australia and internationally. Before joining Amora, he served as General Manager with Accor, specifically in the Art Series branded properties, where he led operations across design-led hotels in Australia's urban markets.
His broader career covers TFE Hotels, Stamford Hotels and Resorts, Millennial Hotels and Resorts, and Millennium and Copthorne Hotels. That range across groups with different ownership models, brand cultures and operational philosophies gives him a practical understanding of how hotel performance is built and sustained in competitive city markets. Rahul Dangwal holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Graphic Era University Dehradun.
