With over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Avinash brings strong expertise in sales strategy, revenue optimisation, and market expansion, further strengthening the hotel’s commercial leadership.
A Proven Career in Hospitality Sales
Avinash began his professional journey with Kumarakom Lake Resort, Kottayam, where he built a solid foundation in hospitality sales and market engagement. Over the years, he has held pivotal sales roles with leading hotel brands including Radisson Blu, Courtyard by Marriott, and Flora Airport Hotel, gaining exposure to diverse market segments and competitive hospitality environments.
Most recently, Avinash served as Assistant Director of Sales at Radisson Blu Kochi. In this role, he played a key part in driving sustained sales growth, strengthening corporate and leisure client relationships, and enhancing the hotel’s overall market positioning across key business segments.
