Surat Marriott Hotel has appointed Chef Abhishek Guha as its new Executive Sous Chef. Chef Abhishek brings over a decade of experience, having worked with esteemed properties across India, such as JW Marriott Chandigarh, JW Marriott Kolkata, and The Oberoi Grand Kolkata.

In his most recent role at JW Marriott Chandigarh, Chef Abhishek managed multiple renowned restaurants, including the speciality Indian restaurant Saffron and the fine dining Asian venue XO, alongside overseeing operations for an in-house microbrewery and extensive banquet facilities.

Chef Sunil Gangwal, Cluster Director of Food and Beverage Operations, expressed his enthusiasm towards this new addition to the culinary team. “Chef Abhishek’s passion for culinary excellence and his track record of inspiring and mentoring kitchen teams make him a fantastic fit for Surat Marriott.
