Marek Abraham has been appointed Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center, further strengthening the leadership team at the iconic property.

The hotel operates underFour Seasons Hotel, a brand renowned worldwide for its commitment to personalized service, operational excellence, and luxury guest experiences.

Extensive Experience in Luxury Hospitality

Abraham brings more than a decade of international experience within the Four Seasons portfolio, where he has built a reputation for operational expertise, leadership excellence, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

He joins the Philadelphia property from Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, where he most recently served as Assistant Director of Rooms. In that role, he managed a multi-department operation comprising more than 250 employees while driving improvements in guest experience scores and supporting strategic talent development initiatives.

Global Operational Expertise

Throughout his career with Four Seasons, Abraham has held key operational roles at properties in Nashville, Maui, Minneapolis, and Hampshire in the United Kingdom. He has also participated in multiple international task-force assignments, contributing his expertise to cross‑functional operational projects and brand initiatives.

Notably, he was selected as one of only nine global operations leaders to support the company’s property management and central reservation systems modernization initiative. In this capacity, he advised on system transitions across departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, Billing, and Reporting.

Academic Excellence and International Perspective

Abraham graduated with honours from  Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland, where he received the prestigious Best Dissertation Award. Fluent in English, Czech, and Slovak, he brings a global perspective shaped by professional experiences across Europe and the United States.

In his new role as Director of Rooms, Abraham will oversee the hotel’s rooms division operations, focusing on service excellence, operational efficiency, and delivering memorable guest experiences.

With his strong background in luxury hospitality and international operations, his appointment is expected to further enhance the guest journey and operational performance at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center.
