Christopher Cylke has been promoted President at REVPAR International

REVPAR International Inc., a full-service hospitality advisory and asset management firm, has promoted Christopher Cylke to president. He has been with the company for more than 20 years and has served as COO for the past nine, overseeing the South Florida office.

With more than 30 years of combined industry experience in property-level hotel sales and operations, as well as advisory/asset management, Cylke’s expertise spans hotel operations, new development, acquisitions and strategic advisory for an array of properties, including hotels, resorts, mixed-use and more. Specializing in projects throughout the U.S. and Caribbean, he has directed and managed more than 750 hospitality-related initiatives, equating to more than $5 billion in investment activity.

Cylke’s career highlights include property-level sales and operations experience, market and financial analysis, valuation, asset management and market repositioning strategies. He has also led negotiations for management contracts and franchise agreements. He also served as an officer, including chairman, of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC).
