An alumnus of IHM Bhopal (2002-2005), Nikhil started his journey in Food & Beverage (F&B) operations, gaining expertise in both fine dining establishments and large scale catering events. His
career has seen him collaborate with hospitality brands like, Shangri-La, Hilton, and The Leela Hotels. In 2022, he took on the role of
Director of Food & Beverage at JW Marriott Aerocity, New Delhi, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing the hotel’s F&B reputation and operational efficiency.
