Gopinath K., currently leading as the Food and Beverage Manager at Lemon Tree Hotels (Keys Select), Bangalore, is a seasoned professional with a powerful legacy of 16+ years in the Indian hospitality industry. From banquet captain to banquet manager, and now heading operations at one of Bangalore’s busiest hospitality hubs, Gopinath’s nomination for the People’s Choice – HCP F&B Leader Award 2025 reflects a journey built on commitment, consistency, and operational mastery.

Gopinath’s roots lie in Pondicherry, and over the years, he has shaped and led operations in top-tier hotels such as GRT Grand Madurai, Accord Puducherry, The Sunway Manor, Le Royal Park, and Hotel Surguru. His skillset spans everything from pre-opening operations, team building, and guest satisfaction to cost control, event execution, and vendor negotiation.

In his current leadership role at Lemon Tree Hotels, he spearheads banquet planning, event logistics, team scheduling, SOP implementation, and guest feedback management.
