Ashutosh Bhandari, currently heading Food and Beverage at Namah Nainital, a proud member of Radisson Individuals Retreats, stands as a shining example of global experience rooted in Indian hospitality. With over 13 years of extensive expertise across India, Oman, and Bahrain, Ashutosh’s nomination for the People’s Choice – HCP F&B Leader Award 2025 reflects a career devoted to innovation, operational excellence, and heartfelt guest service.

A graduate of IHM Lucknow and alumnus of The Oberoi Supervisory Development Programme, Ashutosh combines formal education with real-world leadership. From his early roots at The Oberoi Rajvilas and Trident BKC to management positions at The Leela Ambience Delhi, Jaypee Siddharth, SUJÁN Rajmahal Palace, and international properties like Ramee Hotels (Bahrain) and Oman Hotels & Tourism SAOC, Ashutosh has mastered luxury dining, banqueting, and team leadership.

At Namah Nainital, he is responsible for driving the F&B vision across outlets, events, and retreats—building high-performing teams and ensuring each guest receives a personalized, unforgettable experience. Known for successfully handling large teams, creating and executing SOPs, marketing innovations, and driving departmental profitability, Ashutosh’s management blends strategy with service warmth.
