With a proven track record in luxury hospitality and strategic leadership, Druso brings a wealth of expertise to Peregrine Hospitality’s boutique and lifestyle portfolio.
At Peregrine Hospitality, Druso will lead strategic initiatives to enhance hotel performance with direct oversight of a portfolio of boutique and lifestyle properties, including the historic Paso Robles Inn, The Piccolo, Vespera Resort on Pismo Beach, Shore Cliff Hotel, Pismo Lighthouse Suites, and Avila Lighthouse Suites. Looking ahead, most immediately Druso will direct the overhaul of food and beverage at The Paso Robles Inn and select properties, rebranding Avila Lighthouse Suites and property upgrades to Pismo Light House Suites and Shore Cliff Hotel. His deep-rooted expertise in guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and innovative food and beverage programming aligns perfectly with Peregrine Hospitality’s commitment to exceptional service and forward-thinking hospitality.Druso’s background as a D-1 college athlete instilled a relentless pursuit of excellence—a trait he brings to his leadership in hospitality.
