LaRiSa Hotels and Resorts and AM Hotel Kollection have merged to lead the future of the Indian hospitality industry. With a combined portfolio of 26 operational properties and annual operating revenue exceeding INR 100 Crore, this merger is set to revolutionize the landscape of boutique and experiential hotels across India. The newly formed entity now boasts 950 keys across 26 operational units, with an additional 6 hotels in development, totaling 120 more keys.

A Vision for Accelerated Growth

LaRiSa Hotels focus on owned properties and curated experiences seamlessly blends with AM Hotel Kollection’s expertise in managing independent properties. The merged company is poised to engage in branded and co-branded ownership and management, fueling growth and expanding its reach.

The company targets a 20-25% growth in the coming years, driven by its existing portfolio, new acquisitions, and management contracts. This merger aims to not only expand the business but also enhance value for property owners and guests alike.

Hospitality Innovators Leading the Charge

The new company will be led by Priya Thakur, Owner and Director of LaRiSa Hotels, and Randhir Narayan, Founder and CEO of AM Hotel Kollection. This partnership merges LaRiSa’s collection with AM Hotel Kollection’s properties, creating a portfolio of 32 diverse hotels, resorts, and villas across India and beyond.

In the wake of the merger, AM Hotel Kollection will continue as a sub-brand under LaRiSa, maintaining its distinctive identity while benefiting from the broader vision and resources of the larger company.

New Brand for the Mid-Market

In addition to the merger, the company is launching a new brand targeting the mid-market segment, offering boutique and curated experiences with rooms priced between USD 50-100 (INR 4000-9000).

Expanding Geographical Reach and Guest Satisfaction

The merger will expand LaRiSa Hotels & Resorts’ reach into niche markets, offering unconventional, immersive experiences. The company will continue providing existing services with enhanced standards of service and property management.

LaRiSa Hotels & Resorts is also exploring international hotel management opportunities, focusing on direct flight destinations as part of its first phase of expansion. The company plans to launch 6 new hotels, with 120 keys, soon.
