Lemon Tree Hotels Limited’s subsidiary, Fleur Hotels Limited, has signed a 28-year license deed for a heritage hotel in Varanasi, marking a strategic expansion of the group’s presence in culturally significant tourism markets.
The property will be developed as Aurika Varanasi and feature approximately 47 elegant rooms, along with restaurant and public areas designed to offer refined hospitality experiences in one of India’s most venerated destinations. The hotel is situated on a ghat adjoining the river Ganges, providing a distinctive location that appeals to both domestic and international travellers seeking cultural, spiritual and leisure experiences. 0
Strategically positioned roughly 4 km from Varanasi Junction Railway Station and about 26 km from Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport, the upcoming hotel is expected to leverage strong connectivity while enhancing the city’s accommodation options.
