Hilton Expands Florida Keys Presence with New Waterfront Key West Resort and Marina
Hilton has announced the planned conversion of Ocean’s Edge Resort & Marina on Stock Island into Hilton Key West Resort & Marina, marking a significant expansion of the company’s presence in the Florida Keys. Reservations are already open, with the newly branded resort scheduled to welcome guests from July 1, 2026.
Located at 5950 Peninsular Avenue on the eastern edge of Key West, the waterfront property is owned by Sunstone Hotel Investors and will be managed by Hilton under the Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand.
Waterfront Location Near Key West
Positioned along the Atlantic Ocean, Hilton Key West Resort & Marina offers travelers a scenic island retreat while maintaining convenient access to Key West’s attractions, dining, nightlife, and cultural landmarks. The resort is situated approximately six miles from downtown Key West and only ten minutes from Key West International Airport.
To enhance accessibility, guests will have access to a complimentary shuttle service connecting the resort directly to the heart of Key West.
