Scheduled to open in 2028, the urban property will feature 140 guestrooms, a restaurant, bar, and dedicated meeting and event facilities designed for both business and leisure travelers.

The second development will carry the prestigious Meliá Collection brand and will be situated in the scenic Uco Valley, approximately 100 kilometers from Mendoza city. Internationally recognized for its vineyards and breathtaking Andes Mountain views, the destination has become one of South America's leading wine tourism hubs.

The resort will offer 110 rooms, including 10 branded residences, along with a wellness center, family facilities, and a culinary program inspired by regional flavors. The property is also expected to open in 2028.

Partnership with Almarena Group

Both projects are being developed in collaboration with Almarena Group, one of Argentina’s leading real estate and hospitality companies. The partnership further strengthens an already established relationship between the two organizations, which currently collaborate on multiple hotel developments throughout the country.
