A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Marriott International and CG Hospitality Global, the hospitality arm of Nepal's Chaudhary Group.

Several leading Nepali business groups, including IEG Group, IJ Group, and Sharma & Company, have also joined the project as key partners.
