SouthMED, the flagship coastal development by Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), has announced a new residential offering featuring flexible payment plans and low reservation down payments. The initiative aims to make luxury coastal living more accessible while supporting the continued growth of Egypt’s North Coast as a global tourism destination.
The offer will be available from June through August 2026, with reservation deposits starting from EGP 147,900 and monthly installments beginning at EGP 14,790. Buyers can benefit from payment terms extending up to 15 years, marking one of the most flexible financing options currently available in the region.
