An alumna of Hotel Management from Nagaland, Nisha Rai’s professional journey includes key positions at some of the world’s most recognized hotel chains. She has worked with Taj Hotels, The Oberoi Group, Marriott International, and the Dubai World Trade Centre, gaining invaluable experience in maintaining global standards of cleanliness, guest comfort, and operational efficiency.
Most recently, she served as Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Novotel Hyderabad Airport, where she played a pivotal role in leading the housekeeping team, upholding Accor standards, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction through consistent service excellence.
