Novotel Mumbai International Airport has announced the appointment of Prashant Das as its new Director of Revenue Management. With over eight years of progressive experience across leading global hospitality brands, Prashant brings strong expertise in revenue optimisation, commercial strategy, and demand management to the role.


Extensive Experience Across Leading Hospitality Brands

Over the course of his career, Prashant Das has worked with several prominent hotel groups including Marriott International, Sayaji Hotels Group, Revnomix, Holiday Inn, Hyatt, Hilton, and Ramada. His diverse exposure across international and domestic brands has equipped him with a well-rounded understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategy, and distribution performance.

Most recently, Prashant served as Corporate Revenue Manager – Regional at Sayaji Hotels Group, where he led critical initiatives across forecasting, pricing architecture, market analytics, and distribution strategy. His role involved driving revenue performance across multiple properties while aligning commercial goals with brand standards.

He has also held cluster revenue positions with The Westin Mumbai Garden City and Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport, further strengthening his experience in managing complex, multi-property commercial structures.


Driving Revenue Strategy at Novotel Mumbai International Airport

In his new role, Prashant will lead the revenue management function at Novotel Mumbai International Airport, with a strong focus on pricing optimisation, demand forecasting, channel performance, and strategic market positioning. His data-driven approach, combined with hands-on experience across multi-brand revenue systems, is expected to play a key role in supporting the hotel’s commercial growth and market competitiveness.

Backed by relevant academic qualifications in hospitality and management, Prashant brings a structured and analytical mindset to commercial decision-making, aligning revenue strategy with the hotel’s broader business objectives.
