He has previously served in prominent roles, including General Manager of sales & Marketing at Mayfair Hotels & Resorts. He successfully drove revenue growth in these positions, built high-performing teams, and implemented innovative marketing strategies.
In his new role at Radisson Blu Pune Hinjewadi, Tarun will oversee all aspects of sales, marketing, and revenue management. His leadership is expected to further strengthen the hotel’s market-leading position, enhancing both its revenue performance and brand reputation.
Throughout his career, Tarun has achieved several milestones, including managing 11 owned and three managed luxury hotels at Mayfair Hotels & Resorts. His tenure at Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre and The Westin Pune was marked by record-breaking RevPAR growth and market share dominance. Recognized for his strategic pricing, branding acumen, and team development skills, Tarun has earned accolades such as the “Leader of the Year” award and IHG’s recognition for Commercial Excellence.
