Viewline Resort Snowmass, Autograph Collection has announced the appointment of Nitin Bali as Executive Chef. In his new role, he will oversee all culinary and pastry operations at the resort while leading the dining vision across its signature outlets. Located in Snowmass Village, Colorado, the resort is known for its elevated mountain hospitality and vibrant culinary experiences. Bali will also supervise in‑room dining and catering for meetings and events hosted at the property.
Extensive Culinary Experience
Chef Nitin Bali brings extensive experience from the global luxury hospitality sector. Throughout his career, he has worked with renowned hotel brands and developed expertise across both savory cuisine and pastry arts. Prior to joining the resort, he served as Executive Sous Chef at JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa. His career journey also includes roles with The Ritz‑Carlton properties and other prestigious hospitality brands.
