Prior to joining Hyatt in 2023, Xenia spent 12 years with IHCL, where she developed a strong skill set in relationship building, strategic planning, and project management. During her time at Hyatt Place Hyderabad Banjara Hills, Xenia demonstrated a strong ability to enhance guest satisfaction, foster team collaboration, and implement innovative revenue strategies. She plans to bring this same dynamic approach to Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai, focusing on personalized service, unique guest experiences, and strategic growth.
