Al Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection has announced the promotion of Aziz Sharipov to Director of Sales & Marketing, reinforcing the resort’s vision of nurturing exceptional leadership talent while strengthening its commercial growth strategy.
Aziz joined the property in 2021 as Director of Sales and has since played an instrumental role in the resort’s achievements across key business verticals, including leisure, corporate, and MICE. His strategic approach, combined with strong industry relationships and a deep understanding of Dubai’s evolving luxury hospitality market, has significantly contributed to the property's competitive positioning and revenue performance.
With over 18 years of extensive hospitality experience, Aziz has built a strong professional foundation with leading international brands. Prior to joining Al Habtoor Grand Resort, he held senior leadership positions at Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai and Park Hyatt Dubai, after beginning his career at Hyatt Regency Dushanbe. Throughout his journey, Aziz has demonstrated excellence in commercial strategy, revenue optimisation, and international market development.
In his new role, Aziz will lead the resort’s integrated sales and marketing functions, focusing on enhancing brand visibility, expanding international market presence, and unlocking new commercial opportunities to support future growth.
