Abbey Sports has been appointed General Manager at Exclusive 30A in Santa Rosa Beach

Scott Wiseman, CEO of Nocturne Luxury Villas, owner and operator of best-in-class luxury villa rental companies in the US, Caribbean, and Mexico, announces the appointment of Abbey Sports as general manager of Exclusive 30A in South Walton, Florida. Sports brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to this position.

Founded in 2009, Exclusive 30A represents more than 130 villas along Florida's Emerald Coast, a 24-mile stretch from Destin to Panama City, which is referred to as "the Hamptons of the South." Exclusive 30A offers an array of homes along the corridor in Inlet Beach, Laguna Beach, Miramar Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, Seagrove, WaterColor, Watersound, and West 30A.

In this position, Sports will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategic planning, operations, portfolio development and homeowner and guest experience.

Prior to joining Exclusive 30A, Sports served as the general manager of Callista Vacation Rentals by 360 Blue since 2023. From 2021 - 2023, Sports was the senior property manager at 360 Blue, and from 2018 - 2021, she was the operations manager at 30A Escapes Vacation Rentals.Sports holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism Management. She resides on 30A with her three daughters, and in her free time enjoys hot yoga, coffee and, of course, traveling.
