Adam Zilber has been appointed General Manager at Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo Del Sol

Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo Del Sol, set to open in late Q2 2025 as the Park Hyatt brand's highly anticipated debut in Mexico, is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Zilber as General Manager. With a distinguished 25-year career in hospitality, Zilber brings a wealth of international experience and a proven track record in repositioning luxury resorts. In this role, Zilber will oversee the launch and operations of Park Hyatt Los Cabos, shaping the resort's vision, driving its exceptional guest experience, and positioning the property as a premier destination in the region.

A graduate of travel and tourism management at New York University, Zilber began his career with Hyatt in 1999 as a corporate management trainee in the Rooms Division at Hyatt Dorado Beach Resort & Country Club, Puerto Rico. Over the years, he has held prominent leadership positions at Hyatt properties around the world, including Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, Park Hyatt Saigon, Hyatt Regency Trinidad, and now, Park Hyatt Los Cabos.

Zilber most recently served as General Manager of Andaz Costa Rica, where he elevated the resort's guest experience and financial performance while spearheading impactful community voluntourism programs. His leadership in overseeing major renovations and setting elevated luxury standards has played a pivotal role and continues to shape Hyatt's global reputation for excellence.
