Her academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from the University of the West Indies and a Master’s in International Hospitality Management from the University of Derby, positioning her as a highly qualified professional in her field.

Her career trajectory is a testament to her versatility, having navigated roles across Accounts, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and passenger services in the airline industry before specializing in Training and Development in 2019. Her professional portfolio boasts an impressive roster of renowned hospitality brands, including The Palace Hotel Buxton, Sandals Royal Barbados, CROSSROADS Maldives, Soneva Jani, Royalton Grenada, and Six Senses La Sagesse.
