Dhananjay Nangare Dir of Rooms at Sheraton Grand Pune Bund

Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel has announced the appointment of Dhananjay Nangare as its new Director of Rooms

Dhananjay brings with him over 12 years of experience with a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and customer service excellence to his new role. 

A passionate and adaptive leader, Dhananjay Nangare began his career as a front desk associate in 2012 and steadily rose through the ranks, most recently serving as the Front Office Manager at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar. He Handled the Front Office department with 85+ staffing, which includes Front Desk, At Your Service, Guest Relations, Executive Lounge, Bell Desk, Concierge, and Airport Representatives. He led and focussed on implementing the budgetary plans of the hotel and  ensured guest satisfaction by incorporating it as a component of staff/operations meetings of the hotel. A prudent person, Dhananjay also plays a key role managing department profitability and action plans to achieve the targets. 

With a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and catering technology from Bharti Vidyapeeth University Pune and a strong foundation in hotel management, Dhananjay is well-equipped to lead as Director of Rooms at Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel. His analytical skills, communication abilities, and interpersonal capabilities will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and enhancing the guest experience.

Taking on his new role, Dhananjay will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest rooms including front office, housekeeping, and guest services and satisfaction at Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel.
