Fushifaru Maldives has announced the appointment of three exceptional individuals to key leadership positions across F&B, Sales & Marketing and Spa – not only strengthening the resort’s team but also reinforcing the Fushifaru’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

With more than 20 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Mohamed Ahmed Didi (Max) assumes the role of Commercial Director. Max has held senior leadership positions at globally recognised brands, including Centara Resorts, and Vakkaru. Throughout his career, Max has demonstrated exceptional expertise in revenue management, online distribution, sales, and administration. His strategic vision and leadership promise to further elevate Fushifaru Maldives’ commercial success.

With over 12 years of experience in culinary strategy, marketing, and sustainability, Chef Jan P Cleusters has been appointed as the Director of Culinary Innovations. Chef Jan has an illustrious career spanning prestigious resorts and Michelin-starred establishments across Europe and Asia. Chef Jan’s innovative approach and passion for sustainability align perfectly with Fushifaru’s vision to deliver exceptional gastronomy that resonates with guests while protecting the environment.

Luh Ramiadi (Luhadi) has been named Director of Spa & Wellness, and brings 16 years of unparalleled experience managing spa and wellness operations in luxury resorts. She has lead the rebranding of spa concepts and implemented innovative wellness programmes. Her profound knowledge of spa and Ayurvedic treatments, combined with her creative vision, will redefine the wellness offerings at Fushifaru.
