John Mathulla elevated to Hotel Mgr at Crowne Plaza Kochi

Crowne Plaza Kochi has announced the elevation of John Mathulla to the position of Hotel Manager
John previously served as the Director of Operations at the property and brings over 16 years of industry experience to his new role.
Throughout his career, John has held key operational positions with leading hospitality brands including ITC Gardenia Bangalore, Holiday Inn Chennai, and Crowne Plaza Kochi. Prior to rejoining the hotel, he served as Unit Head at ITC Hotels & Resorts in Dharamshala, further strengthening his portfolio of leadership in diverse market environments.
John’s deep operational knowledge and hands-on leadership approach are expected to play a vital role in enhancing guest experiences and driving continued operational excellence at the hotel. His familiarity with the Crowne Plaza brand and consistent track record of results position him well to lead the team into its next chapter.
