Justin Underwood has been appointed Director of Hotel Operations at Hilton Anaheim

Hilton Anaheim, the largest hotel in Orange County and a cornerstone of the city's vibrant hospitality scene, has appointed seasoned hospitality professional Justin Underwood as the new Director of Hotel Operations. Underwood, who brings nearly two decades of experience in the hotel industry, will lead the hotel's operational departments and work to further enhance Hilton Anaheim's reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Underwood's oversight spans every aspect of hotel operations, from guest services to the culinary program, banquet and events, housekeeping, maintenance, and beyond. Known for cultivating a "team first" culture through inspiring leaders and collaboration, his innovative approach and dedication to service aim to prepare Hilton Anaheim for the future. Justin first began his career at Hilton Anaheim as a Food & Beverage Outlets Manager and has since furthered his experience within the room division at other properties.

Underwood joins Hilton Anaheim at a pivotal moment, as the property undergoes an exciting multi-million dollar renovation project to transform key spaces, including a new marketplace and bar opening in early 2025.
