Hailing from India, Chef Dinesh comes from a distinguished background in upscale dining environtment. His career journey has taken him through some of the world’s most prestigious luxury hotels, including Grand Hyatt Mumbai, Four Seasons Hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, and Leela Palace Udaipur. He is widely recognized for his innovative pastry techniques, menu development, and ability to craft exquisite, handcrafted desserts that blend classic techniques with modern flavors.

As Chef Dinesh steps into his new role, he brings a fresh perspective to the world of pastry, blending classic craftsmanship with innovative techniques to create modern desserts that offer unique sensory experiences.
