His career journey has taken him through some of the world’s most prestigious luxury hotels, including Grand Hyatt Mumbai, Four Seasons Hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, and Leela Palace Udaipur. He is widely recognized for his innovative pastry techniques, menu development, and ability to craft exquisite, handcrafted desserts that blend classic techniques with modern flavors.
