Mackenzie O’Toole has been appointed Director of Rooms at Sheraton San Diego Resort

Sheraton San Diego Resort, a stunning waterfront resort located on Harbor Island in the San Diego marina, is proud to announce the growth of its leadership team with the appointment of Mackenzie O'Toole as Director of Rooms.
In her new role, Mackenzie O'Toole will oversee seamless operations and deliver exceptional service throughout the resort. Prior to this role, O'Toole was a key member of the pre-opening team at Omni Tempe, contributing to construction turnover, FF&E installation, and the recruitment and training of the opening housekeeping and laundry teams. Her previous leadership experience includes positions at Omni San Diego—where she served as Rooms Manager and Director of Front Office—and at Marriott properties including JW Marriott Camelback Inn and Monterey Marriott. Recognized for her operational excellence and team development, O'Toole was named Manager of the Year at Omni San Diego in 2019.
Her deep experience and service-driven approach will continue to enhance the guest experience at Sheraton San Diego Resort.
