With over 25 years of experience in sales strategy, market plan execution, and business development, Roberts brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Pacifica Hotels.

Roberts joins the company following a successful tenure at Evolution Hospitality, where she most recently served as Vice President of Sales. Overseeing sales efforts for more than 80 properties, she led a team of five Regional Directors of Sales and over 80 on-site Directors of Sales, driving performance development, market share growth, and revenue optimization. Prior to that, she held various property and regional positions with Tarsadia Hotels and Interstate Hotels and Resorts. Throughout her career, she has consistently exceeded sales goals, cultivated strong industry relationships, and demonstrated outstanding leadership in sales team management.

Recognized for numerous achievements throughout her career, Roberts has earned several accolades, including the Evolution Hospitality MVP Award (2022), the Evolution Hospitality President's Award (2012) and multiple industry awards. Her expertise in professional networking, forecasting, and data analysis will be invaluable as Pacifica Hotels continues to expand its presence in the hospitality industry.
