Aravali Resort, Gurgaon— Courtyard by Marriott is excited to welcome Anirban Putatunda as their new Food and Beverage Manager at the Aravali Resort. With years of experience under his belt, Anirban is ready to bring his passion and expertise to the team, ensuring guests have an unforgettable dining experience.

Before joining Courtyard by Marriott, Anirban made a name for himself at some of the biggest names in hospitality. He recently served as food and beverage manager at Hyatt Centric MG Road in Bengaluru and as assistant food & beverage manager at Alila Diwa Goa. His career also includes managing event services at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad, leading banquet and outlet teams at Grand Hyatt Goa, and working in key roles at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, as well as The Lemon Tree Hotel Company in Hyderabad. It’s clear he knows how to keep things running smoothly and make guests happy.

Anirban’s journey in the hospitality world started with leadership positions at Hyatt Regency Kolkata and Grand Hyatt Mumbai, where he built a strong foundation for his career. He’s also got the credentials to back it up, holding a degree in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage from the International Institute of Hotel Management.

His hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed. In 2024, Anirban received the Restaurateurs Award while at Hyatt Centric MG Road Bengaluru, and in 2023, he was named Leader of the Quarter. These accolades show just how much his colleagues and the industry respect his dedication and skill.
