With more than 18 years of dynamic experience across India and the Maldives, Ravindra Singh, currently serving as F&B Operations Manager at KK Royal & Convention Centre, Jaipur, is a hospitality veteran who has made a lasting mark on India’s luxury hospitality map. At KK Royal & Convention Centre, Ravindra leads a property comprising 111 rooms and over 60,000 sq. ft. of banqueting space, including a massive 10,000 sq. ft. pillarless banquet hall. He is responsible for overseeing end-to-end F&B operations—ranging from team leadership and menu development to revenue forecasting, client relationship management, compliance, marketing, and event execution. His ability to deliver consistently high standards has positioned KK Royal as one of Jaipur’s leading hospitality destinations.
Prior to this, Ravindra held the prestigious role of Director of Food & Beverage at Sawai Vilas Resort, Ranthambhore, where he managed all operational and budgetary responsibilities across restaurants, lounges, room service, and catering.
