Brent Martin has been appointed General Manager at Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo, Costa Rica

A seasoned hospitality leader with over two decades of global experience, Martin rejoins the Four Seasons family to lead one of Latin America's premier luxury resorts.
Martin's illustrious career with Four Seasons began in 2007, encompassing leadership roles at iconic properties such as Beverly Wilshire, Koh Samui, Philadelphia, Marrakech, and Vail. During his tenure, he contributed to both property-level leadership and global corporate initiatives, shaping his passion for hospitality. After an eight-year tenure in asset management and operations with Hersha Hospitality Trust and Northview Hotel Group, Martin returns to Four Seasons with a renewed commitment to the guest's experience. Martin holds an AB in Economics and an MBA from Harvard University.
