Hilton Announces Five New Hotel Signings in Türkiye
Global hospitality company Hilton has expanded its footprint in Türkiye with five new hotel signings across four of its brands, reinforcing a long‑term development strategy in one of its key markets.
First Full‑Service Hilton in Antalya
Hilton Antalya City Centre — slated to open in 2028 — will be the city’s first property under the flagship Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand, featuring 254 rooms and suites, meeting spaces, indoor and rooftop pools, spa and wellness facilities, and multiple dining options.
Urban Openings in Istanbul
DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Maçka is expected to open in spring 2026, offering 109 rooms, rooftop dining, meeting spaces and wellness amenities near Nişantaşı and Taksim. Two Tapestry Collection by Hilton properties are also in the pipeline: Gist Istanbul with 46 rooms near the Bosphorus in 2027, and Hotel Istanbul Şişli with 48 stylish guestrooms aimed at lifestyle and boutique travellers.
Business‑Focused Growth in Kocaeli
Hilton Garden Inn Kocaeli Dilovası — opening in 2027 — will be the first internationally branded hotel in the industrial zone, featuring 104 rooms, meeting and wellness facilities, an indoor pool and a Turkish hammam, catering to corporate and extended‑stay guests.
Strategic Expansion in a Key Market
These signings come as Hilton marks a 70‑year presence in Türkiye and builds on recent lifestyle brand momentum with Canopy and Tapestry openings, reflecting strong demand for both luxury and lifestyle accommodation across leisure, urban and business segments.
Conclusion
The new properties highlight Hilton’s multi‑brand growth strategy in Türkiye, with a mix of flagship, lifestyle and business‑oriented hotels planned to tap rising travel demand and investor confidence.
