Espire Hospitality Limited has announced the appointment of Sandeep Kumar Rajput as its new Commercial Director, overseeing the commercial portfolio for its two leading brands — ZANA Luxury Resorts and Country Inn Hotels & Resorts. With more than 22 years of rich experience in Sales & Marketing across the hospitality industry, Sandeep joins Espire at a transformative time as the company strengthens its commercial strategy and accelerates its expansion.

A Proven Track Record Across Leading Hospitality Brands

Sandeep has built a strong reputation for driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and leading scalable commercial strategies across India and beyond. His career includes senior leadership roles with Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels, Pride Group of Hotels, HHI Group, St Laurn Hotels, and Infinity Resorts.

In his most recent designation as Vice President – Sales at Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels, he led commercial strategy for over 55 hotels across North & East India and Nepal, while contributing to revenue generation for a portfolio of more than 110 hotels pan-India. His strengths include strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, P&L ownership, corporate partnerships, and large-scale revenue expansion.

As Commercial Director at Espire Hospitality Limited, Sandeep will oversee the company’s commercial framework, revenue strategy, brand positioning, and expansion plans. His role will be central to enhancing market penetration for ZANA Luxury Resorts and Country Inn Hotels & Resorts, boosting corporate visibility, and nurturing high-value partnerships.
