Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty has appointed Kailash Gundupalli as Executive Chef, adding seasoned culinary leadership to the hotel’s food and beverage leadership team.
In his new role, Gundupalli will lead all kitchen operations, menu development and culinary strategy across the hotel’s dining outlets. His responsibilities include elevating guest dining experiences, strengthening culinary standards and introducing innovative directional concepts that reflect both local flavours and global trends.
Gundupalli brings extensive experience in luxury hospitality kitchens, where he has been recognised for crafting memorable dining experiences, driving operational excellence and mentoring high-performing culinary teams. His appointment reflects the hotel’s commitment to elevating its gastronomic offerings as an integral component of guest satisfaction.
