Hilton Appoints Mustafa Suer as General Manager of Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead

Atlanta, Georgia – Hilton (NYSE: HLT) is proud to announce the appointment of Mustafa Suer as General Manager of the award-winning Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead. Bringing over 20 years of international leadership experience, Suer has guided luxury hotels and resorts across three continents under renowned brands including Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.

This appointment marks a return to Atlanta for Suer, who previously held a senior leadership role with IHG. At Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead, he will oversee all aspects of operations for the 127-room property, including the signature Brassica restaurant, the 15,000-square-foot spa, and the hotel’s intimate function spaces.

Distinguished Global Career

Suer is recognized for his strategic vision and ability to inspire high-performing teams. He most recently served as Hotel Manager of Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach in California, where he guided the Forbes Four-Star property to record performance and prestigious accolades, including:

Earlier in his career, Suer held senior positions with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Philadelphia, Nevis, Istanbul, and Baku, elevating service standards and achieving global recognition for multiple properties.

Education and Personal Background

Mustafa Suer holds a degree from Çukurova University in Turkey and has completed executive education at Cornell University. A former Atlanta resident, he looks forward to beginning this new chapter in the city with his family.
