Hilton welcomes Abhishek Rajagolkar as Regional Director of Sales Operations, South Asia

Abhishek Rajagolkar joined Hilton as South Asia’s Regional Director of Sales Operations, effective October 1, 2024. With an impressive 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Abhishek brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.
In his new role, Abhishek will lead the sales operations function across South Asia and will be based at Hilton’s regional Gurugram headquarters. He will ensure the hotel continues to grow its sales and ultimately increase its market share by implementing the right structures, providing comprehensive training, refining processes, and deploying innovative strategies.
Previously, Abhishek served as the Area Director of Sales and Distribution for Marriott South, East India, including Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. During his tenure, he focused extensively on driving both on-property and above-property sales, customer acquisition, and owner relationships. He spearheaded strategic plans and tactical initiatives that led to significant commercial success in his territory. Abhishek has also worked with renowned hospitality brands such as Accor and Taj.
